According to an article in RISMEDIA from January 23, 2010, 95% of renters surveyed by Apartments.com said they were planning to move this year. Renters are planning to move earlier in the year and, not surprisingly, they are looking for better bargains, including more flexible lease terms. With so much competition out there, renters are confident they can get more for less in their preferred neighborhoods.
